A wedding reception by definition is a celebration of the vows the two of you have made and to share that joy with your loved ones. As your Wedding Entertainment Director™, I will supply you with a detailed Reception Timeline. Upon your approval, I will then share your final agenda with your other wedding professionals to ensure a smooth flow of events at your reception. I will also ensure that all of the proper people and items are in place before we move on to the next event for your reception (i.e. making sure your cake knife and server are at the cake table before your cake cutting ceremony and that your parents are in the room to witness your first dance as husband and wife ). The little things can truly make a difference and are unnoticed if performed correctly.
